    Participant Information

    Confidentiality Agreement


    This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by each participant (“Participant”) of the NextGen Academy, an initiative by Wealth Experts, and the organizers and members of the Wealth Experts community (“Wealth Experts”).

    1. Confidential Information


    “Confidential Information” refers to any information shared, disclosed, presented, or discussed orally, in writing, electronically, or by any other means during any session, call, meeting, document, or interaction within the scope of the NextGen Academy. This includes but is not limited to: personal experiences, financial or legal matters, business strategies, proprietary ideas, or any sensitive data related to other participants or their clients.

    2. Confidentiality Obligations

    Each Participant agrees to:

    - Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Confidential Information.

    - Not record, disclose, share, publish, or distribute such information by any means without the express written consent of the party that disclosed it.

    - Not use such information for personal benefit or commercial purposes.

    3. Duration


    This confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect indefinitely, even after the Participant is no longer part of the NextGen Academy or the Wealth Experts community.

    4. Exclusions

    This Agreement shall not apply to information that:

    - Is or becomes public without breach of this Agreement.

    - Was legally known to the Participant prior to its disclosure in the program.

    - Must be disclosed due to legal or judicial requirements, in which case the Participant shall notify Wealth Experts in advance, whenever legally possible.

    5. Jurisdiction


    This Agreement shall be governed by the general principles of international contract law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through amicable resolution. If not possible, the parties may submit to a mutually agreed arbitration process.

    By participating in the NextGen Academy, the Participant acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Agreement.
